1. What this service is

Try Working Remotely ("the board", "we") is a curated job board for remote work. Employers pay a one-time fee to publish a single job listing for 30 days. Job seekers use the board free of charge.

2. Accounts

You do not need an account to post — a dashboard account is created automatically from the company email you provide when your first listing is paid for (unless you opt out at checkout). Keep your sign-in links and any password you set private; you are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the board or these terms.

3. Listings

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, excerpt and promote the listing you submit (including on social channels and the RSS feed). You confirm that the listing is accurate, lawful and for a genuinely remote role. We may refuse, edit or remove listings that violate our guidelines without refund.

4. Payment

Posting costs the price shown at checkout for one listing, live for 30 days. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record; applicable VAT/sales tax is collected by them at checkout. Nothing goes live before payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

If your listing fails to go live, or is removed for a reason attributable to us, you receive a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of posting if you change your mind and we will review your case.

6. No guarantee of hires

We provide reach and curation, not hiring outcomes. We do not screen candidates and are not party to any employment, contractor or payment relationship between you and applicants.

7. Liability

The board is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
