One rule sums it up: post jobs you would want to apply to yourself. The specifics below keep the board trustworthy for candidates — listings that break them are removed without refund.

Always welcome

  • Genuinely remote roles — fully remote, or remote within a clearly stated region
  • Real employment or freelance contracts with real companies
  • Transparent salary ranges and application steps
  • A clear, human job description (no keyword-stuffing)

Removed without refund

  • MLMs, 'entrepreneur opportunities' and anything commission-only
  • Unpaid trials, pay-to-work schemes or 'exposure' gigs
  • Roles that are secretly office-bound or bait-and-switch on location
  • Discriminatory requirements, or openings that exist only to harvest CVs
