Staff Backend Engineer (Go / Postgres)

What you will do

Design, build and ship production features across the stack

Review code and help teammates grow through honest, thoughtful feedback

Own systems end to end — from design docs to deployment and on-call

Keep the codebase fast, tested and pleasant to work in

Compensation for this role is $170k – $210k, depending on experience.
