ML Engineer, Recommendation Systems

Kitesail is a remote-first team, and this role is Remote — US. You will join a small, senior group that ships quickly, communicates in the open and cares deeply about the craft. You will work full-time, collaborating with teammates across time zones.

What you will do

Build and productionise models and data pipelines that get real traffic

Partner with product and engineering to ship intelligent features

Own data quality, evaluation and monitoring end to end

Stay current and bring pragmatic AI practice to the whole team

Compensation for this role is $165k – $220k, depending on experience.
